一种双歧杆菌胞外多糖活性炭脱色工艺研究
Study on active carbon decolorating of exopolysaccharide produced by bifidobacterium spp
【摘要】 通过对活性炭添加量、脱色pH、脱色温度以及脱色时间不同因素水平的研究确定一种双歧杆菌胞外多糖(exopolysaccharide,EPS)的活性炭脱色条件,并对其进行Langmuir动力学方程拟合。通过计算可知,在30℃、pH7.0、5%活性炭添加量(m/m)、脱色时间40min的条件下,吸附参数为qo=0.152Abs,K=-0.350Abs。
【Abstract】 To regulate the decoloration of the exopolysaccharide(EPS) by the active carbon absorption, single element research was done in terms of the quantity of the carbon, the pH value, time and temperature, then the decoloration curve was fitted according to Langmuir kinetic equation. After the calculation, the absorption parameters were 30 ℃, pH7.0 and the addition quantity of the active carbon is 5%, qo=0.152Abs, K=-0.350Abs.
