苹果多酚的分离提取与抗氧化性能的研究
Study on the seperation and anti-oxidative active of apple polyphenol
【摘要】 研究苹果多酚的提取方法及利用柱层析技术提纯苹果多酚,讨论苹果多酚的分析方法并对苹果多酚的抗氧化性能进行初步探讨。
【Abstract】 Some extraction and purification methods of apple polyphenol were compared,the content of polyphenol and proanthocyandins in the products from each methods were also determined,at last the antioxide activity of the product was proved.
