基于Huffman树的公平席位分配方法
A Method of Fair Apportionment Seats Based on Huffman Tree
【摘要】 提出一种基于Huffman树的公平席位分配方法.该方法能同时满足姜启源教授在2003年提出的两条理想化原则.
【Abstract】 This paper establishes a method of fair apportionment seats based on Huffman tree which satisfies two idealized principles proposed in 2003 by Prof.Jiang Qi-yuan.
