【Abstract】 This paper bands deviation method of minimum subordinative degree and AHP together, and presents a method of minimum subordinative degree considering weight on scheme evaluation of road network planning. At the same time, we offer an improved indexes system and improve the dimensionless method. The methods of subordinative degree computing are also improved.
