【摘要】 观察了黄白、红点绿和红盖子七彩神仙鱼皮肤色素细胞的分布情况,并通过光谱、色谱和类胡萝卜素显色反应等方法分析了其皮肤类胡萝卜素的组成成分。黄白七彩神仙鱼体侧皮肤以黄色素细胞为主并有少量黑色素细胞,皮肤类胡萝卜素主要为黄体素;红盖子七彩神仙鱼体侧皮肤以红色素细胞和黄色素细胞为主,也有一定量的黑色素细胞和虹彩细胞;红点绿七彩神仙鱼在皮肤红色区又大量的红色素细胞、黄色素细胞和黑色素细胞,而在蓝条纹区有大量虹彩细胞和黑色素细胞。红点绿和红盖子七彩神仙鱼皮肤色素组成均为虾青素及其酯、角黄素、玉米黄素的酯及α-胡萝卜素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was conducted to investigate the distribution of the chromatophores and the components of carotenoid in the skin of gold white,red point and solid red discus fish through thin layer chromatography,spectrum and color reaction.For gold white discus,xanthophores were the most widespread,and the melanophores were minority.The component of the carotenoid in its skin was lutein.In the skin of solid red discus,xanthophores and erythrophores were the most widespread,while the melanophores and irridophores were minority.In the red area of the skin of red point discus,there were a lot of xanthophores,erythrophores and melanophores,while in the blue area melanophores and irridophores were observed.For both red point and solid red discus the components of carotenoid were astaxanthin,esterifiable astaxanthin,canthaxanthin,esterifiable zeaxanthin and α-carotene.更多还原
