【摘要】 目的:深讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在洗眉术中的临床应用价值。方法:根据纳入研究条件,用随机分组方法观察洗眉术后外用MEBO和红霉素治疗的效果,MEBO组与红霉素组各60例,均采用双波长脉冲调QND:YAG激光治疗机洗眉,尔后分别应用MEBO和红霉素眼膏涂抹创面,直至愈合。结果:MEBO组平均愈合时间5.24d±2.77d,无疼痛及色素沉着,创面无瘢痕;对照组平均愈合时间8.76d±2.43d,60例病人均有痛感,45例有色素沉着。结论:MEBO用于洗眉术后治疗,在缩短愈合时间、缓解疼痛、减少色素沉着等方面均优于红霉素治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observe:To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in washing eyebrow cosmetology.Method:Accord- ing to the research enroll conditions,the enrolled cases were randomized into 2 groups,MEBO and erythromycin group, each of them had 60 cases enrolled.All the cases in 2 groups were treated with YAG laser to wash eyebrow using dual wave long pulse QND,then applying MEBO and erythromycin eye ointment on the wound respectively until the wounds were healed.In this way,the efficacy of MEBO and erythromycin in postoperative treatment for washing eyebrow cosmetology was observed.Results:The average healing time was 5.24±2.77 days in the MEBO group,no pain,no pigmentation and no scar were observed,while the average healing time was 8.76±2.43 days in control group,the 60 patients all com- plained to feel pain and 45 cases had pigmentation.Conclusion:Treating the wound of postoperative washing eyebrow with MEBO is better than that with erythromycin in the aspects:shortening healing time,relieving pain and reducing pigmenta- tion,etc.更多还原
