【摘要】 目的:观察MEBT/MEBO治疗花炮硝火严重烧伤的治疗效果。方法:对117例花炮硝火烧伤病人创面全程采用MEBT/MEBO治疗,同时给予抗休克,抗感染治疗。结果:治愈105例,死亡4例,放弃治疗8例,瘢痕增生26例,明显肢体功能障碍7例。结论:MEBT/MEBO对治疗严重烧伤效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of sever firecracker burns treated with MEBT/MEBO.Method: 117 cases of firecracker burns wounds were treated with MEBT/MEBO,combining with anti-shock and anti-infection therapy.Results:The rest 105 cases were healed except with 4 died,8 giving up the treatment.In healed cases,26 formed hyperplasia scar,in which 7 were healed with obvious dysfunction.Conclusion:MEBT/MEBT has notable efficacy on treating sever burns.更多还原
