【摘要】 目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗扁平胸的临床效果。方法:用注射器于双侧大腿富含脂肪处抽吸脂肪,然后将抽出的自体脂肪颗粒注射于双侧乳房后问隙。结果:本组共19例,手术过程顺利,术后随访13例,随访时间3个月～18个月,隆乳效果满意或基本满意。结论:用自体脂肪颗粒移植术进行隆乳治疗其方法简便、安全经济,术后恢复快,无排异反应,患者容易接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of autalogous adipose granule transplant in treating fiat chest. Method:To extract adipose granule from bilateral thighs,afterwards,to inject the adipose granule to bilateral retromammary space.Results:The total 19 cases in treatment group were treated with the operation very well.13 of them were paid follow -up visit in a period of 3-18 months after the operation.The mammaplasty effect was satisfying or basically satisfying. Conclusion:Autologous adipose granule transplant was a convenient method in treating flat chest.It was safe,economical and easy to be acceptable for patients with the advantages of fast recovery after the operation and no reject reaction.更多还原
