【摘要】 目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗化疗后口腔溃疡的效果。方法:将68例化疗后口腔溃疡患者随机分为实验组(36例)和对照组(32例)。观察组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,按口腔溃疡程度涂药;对照组采用0.02%洗必泰液治疗。结果:实验组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗化疗后口腔溃疡安全、有效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of MEBO on treating oral ulcers resulted from chemotherapy tumors.Method:68 patients with oral ulcers resulted from chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group (36)and control group(32).Patients in experimental group were treated with MEBO,and the dosage was applied accord- ing to ulcer degree.The other group was treated with O.02% chlorhexidine.Results:The curative effect of former group was significantly better than that of the latter group(p<0.05),and therapy time in experimental group is significantly shorter than that in control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:MEBO is a safe,effective method for treating oral ulcers resulted from chemotherapy,and worthy of popularization.更多还原
