【摘要】 医疗机构或者医务人员对去医院就诊的患者,由于过错造成误诊,使其花费大量冤枉钱,又没有造成《医疗事故处理条例》中所列明后果的案例,在现实生活中比比皆是。这种情况虽让患者因误诊受到了不应有的财产损失,却又往往没有造成《医疗事故处理条例》所列后果、患者擅自转院等原因得不到医疗机构赔偿,有悖于民法理论和原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 The patients often spend a lot of money for nothing medical because of misdiagnosis fault of medical institutions or staff.But many cases are not included in"Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents"in real life abound.Although patients are suffered from undue property loss because of misdiagnosis,but are often denied compensation of medical institutions because the situations are not or the patients are unauthorized transfers,con- trary to the civil code theory and principles.更多还原
