【摘要】 目的研究转录因子Sp1在胃癌及正常胃粘膜组织中的表达特征,并探讨其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法,检测63例胃腺癌组织、19例胃粘膜不典型增生组织及10例因胃良性病变行部分切除的正常胃粘膜组织中Sp1的表达。结果Sp1在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为58.7%,明显高于在胃粘膜不典型增生组织(21.1%)及正常胃粘膜组织(10.0%)中的表达率,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Sp1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度及TNM分期、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论Sp1蛋白对胃癌的发生发展起重要作用,检测其蛋白表达水平对于评价患者的预后有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of transcription factor Sp1 in gastric cancer and normal mucosa and its clinic significance.Methods By using immunohistochemical SP method to study the protein expressions of Sp1 in 63 cases of gastric cancer,19 cases of nontypical hyperplasia tissue and 10 cases of normal gastric mucosa specimens obtained from patients who underwent partial gastrotomy for benign diseases.Results The positive rate of Sp1 protein in gastric cancer was 58.7% which is significantly higher than in gastric nontypical hyperplasia tissue(21.1%) and normal gastric mucosa(10.0%),and there is a statistically difference(P<0.05)among them,which shows the intimate correlation of the protein expression of Sp1 to invasive depth,TNM stages and tumor node metastasis.Conclusion Sp1 protein may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.The detection of Sp1 protein has a definite value in judging prognosis in gastric cancer.更多还原
