硫离子掺杂纳米TiO2粉体的制备及表征
Preparation and analysis of S-doped titanium dioxide
【摘要】 以TiC14为原料,以硫脲为掺杂物质,用溶剂热法制备了硫元素掺杂的纳米TiO2粉体。采用XRD,FTIR,TEM,UV-VIS等方法分别对样品的物相结构,形貌以及光吸收性能进行了表征。通过样品对硝基苯的降解对其光催化活性进行了测试,结果表明硫元素掺杂后的TiO2在可见光下具有较好的光催化氧化性能。
【Abstract】 Visible-light activated sulfur-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by solvothermal method using thiourea as sulfur source.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,frustrated total internal reflection,transmission electron microscopy,and Ultraviolet-Visible absorption spectra.The results showed the photocatalytic oxidation propertie of S-doped TiO2 particles were appropriate.
