固定化发酵生产D-核糖工艺研究
STUDY ON TECHNOLOGY OF D-RIBOSE PRODUCTION BY IMMOBILIZING FERMENTATION
【摘要】 用聚氨酯泡沫为载体,将D-核糖生产菌固定。通过正交实验,得出吸附法发酵生产D-核糖的最佳工艺条件,结果为:温度38℃、初始pH值7.5、接种量10%、载体质量0.15g、载体体积0.75cm3。在此工艺条件下,D-核糖的产量为53.66g/L,比游离发酵的产量提高了28.4%。将吸附法、包埋法以及游离发酵3种方法相比较,结果表明:吸附法和游离发酵操作简单;吸附法得到的D-核糖产量明显高于其他两种方法。
【Abstract】 The D-ribose producing strain was immobilized by polyurethane foams. The optimal technology of producing D-ribose was obtained by orthogonal test. The result was: temperature 38 ℃, initial pH7.5, 10 % of inoculation, mass of carrier 0.15 g, volume of carrier 0.75 cm3. With the optimal conditions, the yield of D-ribose was 53.66 g/L. Compared with the free cell fermentation, the yield of D-ribose was increased by 28.4 %.Contrast absorption, entrapping method and free cell fermentation. The result show that the operation of absorption and free cell fermentation are simple. The production of D-ribose obtained by absorption is notably higher than the other two methods.
