微波法提取红花黄色素的工艺研究

【摘要】 对红花黄色素的提取条件进行了系统研究。通过采用MAS-I型常压微波辅助合成/萃取反应仪,以羟基红花黄色素A为对照品,以蒸馏水为萃取溶剂,对微波萃取红花黄色素的影响因素,包括提取温度、提取时间、提取溶剂体积等进行单因素的考察。在单因素的实验基础上通过正交实验得出微波萃取红花黄色素的优化工艺条件:提取温度70℃,提取时间20 min,液固比为100(mL/g),提取次数为3次。

【Abstract】 The extraction technology of yellow pigment from Carthamine were studied in this paper.Regarding hydroxy safflor yellow A as the standard,the conditions of microwave extracting yellow pigment were discussed by using the MAS-I microwave extraction system,including microwave extraction temperature,extraction time and the volume of extraction solvent.According to the results of single fraction experiments,the optimized conditions of microwave extracting yellow pigment were obtained by orthogonal experiments : extraction temperature was 70 ℃;extraction time was 20 min;ratio of material and solvent was 100 mL/g;extraction times was 3.
