鲜切苹果保鲜技术的研究进展
THE RESEARCH PROGRESS ON PRESERVATION OF FRESH-CUT APPLES
【摘要】 对鲜切苹果的保鲜技术进行了阐述,主要论述了传统保鲜方法的研究进展和新近发展的保鲜方法。
【Abstract】 Advances in preservation technologies of fresh-cut apples were reviewed.We mainly discussed the progress of the traditional method of preservation and development of new methods of preservation.
