柿子皮多酚物质的提取和除臭效果的研究
STUDY ON THE CONDITION OF EXTRACTING POLYPHENOL FROM PERSIMMON PEEL AND EFFECT OF ITS DEODORANT
【摘要】 探讨了柿子皮多酚物质的提取工艺条件及多酚的除臭效果,研究结果确定最终工艺为提取温度为45℃、提取时间为90 min、料液比为1:16、丙酮浓度为50%。提取物经过处理所得3个样品对三甲胺,氨水,吲哚有较好的除臭效果,效果最好样品的除臭率为32.17%~36.12%。对甲醛除臭效果不明显,除臭率最高只有3.9%。在一定时间范围内,除臭效果随添加剂量的增加和时间的延长而增强。
【Abstract】 The craft condition of polyphenol extraction from the peel of persimmon and the effect of its deodorant was studied in the paper.Results showed that :the extraction temperature is 45 ℃,extraction time was 120 min the ratio of the persimmon peel to solvent was 1:16 and the concentration of acet was 50 %,by the process of acetrefluxing.Three samples are processed from the exteact.They has a better deodorizing effect on trimethlamin,ammonia and indole than formaldehyde.During certain time.The highestd eodorizing rate for ammonia,trimethlamine and indole are obtained: 32.17 %-36.12 %,but the formaldehyde is only 3.9 %.The effect of deodorant increases by the volume and the time.
