水法提取薜荔籽果胶工艺的优化
OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSING PARAMETERS FOR PECTIN EXTRACTION FROM FICUS PUMILA L. SEEDS BY ROTATIONAL REGRESSION AND PERPENDICULAR EXPERIMENT
【摘要】 采用水提法从薜荔籽中提取果胶。以果胶的提取率为指标,通过单因素及旋转回归试验得到回归方程,并对方程进行了响应曲面和等高线分析。分析表明,最佳工艺条件为:液固比28∶1(mL/g)、温度65℃、提取时间60min,该条件下,果胶得率可以达到6.50%,总乳糖醛酸含量为93.34%。
【Abstract】 In this research, we used water extraction method to obtain pectin from Ficus pumila L..Adopted the extracted rate of Ficus pumila L. Seeds pectin for index ,the single factor experiment and the rotational regression experiment was carried out to obtain the regress equation, and based on response surface and contour plots analysis, the optimum conditions for the extraction processing of Ficus pumila L. Seeds pectin were: the ratio of liquid to solid 28∶1(mL/g), extracting time 60 min and extracting temperature 65 ℃. In this conditions, the yield was 6.50 % and the total content of galacturonic acid monohydrate was 93.34 %.
