【Abstract】 ATP bioluminescence is one kind of rapid detection method for microorganisms, since it is easy, highly sensitive and timely, etc. In this paper, principles, procedures, characteristics, influencing factors of ATP bioluminescence and its application in food industry are introduced. Meanwhile, its drawbacks are presented. To sum up, ATP bioluminescence is potential fora pplication.更多还原
