【Abstract】 Ribosomal RNA gene of mushroom, containing abundant of genetic variation information, exists in both the nucleus and mitochondria and comprises highly conserved and variable sections. In recent years, it becomes study focus on mushroom molecular systematics. In this paper, the composition and nature of mushroom ribosomal RNA gene and its applications in mushroom molecular systematic studies in recent years are summarized.更多还原
