【Abstract】 The method of Biuret was used to detect the content of protein in soybean isolated protein.While the content of protein ranged from 0 to 12.0mg,good linear relation was obtained,the coefficient of variation(CV) was small,and the repeatability was good.Comparing the Biuret method with the Kjedahl method,their discrepancy was not remarkable.For it was easy to operate and with little pollution,the method of Biuret was a very promising method for detecting soybean isolated protein.更多还原
