绿色木霉产纤维素酶发酵条件的研究
Study on fermentation conditions of cellulase produced by Trichoderma viride
【摘要】 采用绿色木霉AS3.3711作为纤维素酶的生产菌株,对其发酵条件进行了研究。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了该菌株摇瓶发酵产纤维素酶的最佳培养基和最佳培养条件。最佳培养基组成为:麸皮4%和玉米粉3%、(NH4)2SO40.1%、KH2PO40.2%、吐温-800.1%;最佳培养条件为:发酵培养温度28℃,接种量10%(孢子悬液,孢子浓度5×108/mL),发酵周期72h。纤维素酶活力可达到12.56U/mL。
【Abstract】 The fermentation conditions of cellulase produced by Trichoderma viride in the shaking bottle were studied.The results showed that the optimum culture medium conditions were as follows:the most suitable carbon source was bran 4% and corn flour 3%,(NH4)2SO4 0.1%,KH2PO4 0.2%,Tween-80 0.1%;the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows:cultivating temperature 28℃,inoculum concentration 10%,fermentation time 72h.The power of cellulase can reach 12.56U/mL。
