食用仙人掌中黄酮类物质的提取研究

【摘要】 研究了食用仙人掌中黄酮类物质的提取方法,分别采用超声波萃取法、回流提取法和索氏提取法对食用仙人掌中黄酮类物质进行提取,用UV-2102C型紫外可见分光光度计分析比较三种提取方法的得率,以筛选出仙人掌黄酮类物质提取的最佳工艺。结果显示:温度为95℃,时间2h,料液比为1∶20,70%乙醇作溶剂的条件下,得出回流提取法的提取率最高。食用仙人掌中黄酮类物质的含量为:3.2775mg/g。

【Abstract】 The extraction method of flavonoids substances from edible cactus was studied by the methods of ultrasonic extraction,extraction with reflux and soxhlet extraction.The content of flavonoids was determined by UV-2102C spectrophotometer.The best method was extraction with reflux,and the best conditions were:70% ethanol solvent in 90℃,the rate of material liquid was 1∶20,extraction time was 2h,and the flavonoids substances in edible cactus was 3.2775mg/g.
