新型旋转导向管喷动床结构与力学特性实验研究
Studies on the Properties and Hydrodynamics of a Novel Spouted Bed with Rotating Draft Tube
【摘要】 用油菜籽为原料,对"新型旋转导向管喷动床"进行流体动力学实验。考察了压降与风速、起喷压降与导喷距、不同导喷距下喷动量与风量、正常喷动时不同导喷距下压降与风量、喷动量与加料量及压降与加料量关系。结果表明,导喷距对喷动量的大小及随风量的变化趋势有较大影响,并且导喷距在(45~75)mm、风量(57~105)m~3/h的范围内,喷动量随风量增大而增大,而导喷距为80mm时喷动量会在风量99m~3/h时出现最大值8.84 kg/min,对应的操作压降也有类似的规律;加料量增大,喷动量和压降都增大。
【Abstract】 For researching the moving rules of solids and gas in the bed,taked rapeseeds as material and performed aerodynamics experiments.The researching contents included the relationship between air superficial velocity (ASV) and pressure drop,starting pressure drop and the DTJD,solids circulating velocity(SCV) and ASV at different DTJD.And the curves of their relationship were gotten.The DTJD had important influence on the relationship between SCV and ASV.SCV increased with ASV increasing,and it varied from 5.21 to 10.28 kg/min with ASV in the range of(57~105) m~3/h with DTJD in the range of 45~75.But there was a maximum 8.84kg/min when ASV was 99 m~3/h.SCV and pressure drop increased with load increasing.
