响应面分析法优化黄芪多糖提取工艺

【摘要】 利用响应面分析法对黄芪多糖的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box—Benhnken)试验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以黄芪多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出黄芪多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:7,浸提温度89℃,浸提时间45min;浸提2次,黄芪多糖的实际提取率可达4.785%。

【Abstract】 On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of radix astragalus polysaccharide were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum conditions of Radix astragalus polysaccharides extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 1:7,extraction temperature of 89℃ and extraction time of 45 min,under such conditions the extraction rate could be up to 4.785% at twice extraction.
