苦荞、天麻对灰树花深层发酵胞外多糖产量的影响

【摘要】 采用液体深层发酵技术,添加苦荞和天麻,可分别使灰树花胞外多糖产量较传统液态深层发酵提高0.5 g/L和2.1 g/L。并在此基础上,对碳源、氮源进一步优化:葡萄糖40 g/L,蛋白胨4 g/L。同时对摇瓶发酵过程也作了简要分析。

【Abstract】 Grifola frondosa is a kind of fungi both edible and medicinal,and also rich in exopolysaccha- ride which could be manufactured by submerged culture.Buckwheat and Rhizoma gastrodiae which could in- crease the yields of polysaccharide to 0.5g/L and 2.lg/L by submerged culture was involved in this research. We optimized the carbon and nitrogen resources and obtained better result of glucose 40g/L and peptone 4g/ L.Finally,we briefly studied the shaking flask culture process.
