【摘要】 目的探讨经内镜诊治非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果及配合和护理方法。方法对206例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血病人行急诊内镜检查及治疗,术中给予相应的配合及护理。结果206例病人有200例明确诊断,189例内镜下止血成功。结论急诊内镜是诊断和治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的首选方法,护士在非静脉曲张性上消化道出血急诊内镜诊断和治疗中的配合与护理起到重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its nursing cooperation. Methods The endoscopic diagnosis and therapy were done in 206 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding not of varicose-vein cause,and corresponding nursing and cooperation were provided. Results The diagnosis was confirmed in 200 cases,and endoscopic hemostasis succeeded in 189 cases. Conclusion Urgent endoscopy is the first choice in the diagnosis and treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by non-varicose reasons.The cooperation and nursing play an important role during this procedure.更多还原
