【Abstract】 Under the new curriculum,the lack or loss of power of the physical education teacher for the specialized course has restrained the role change of the physical education teacher in higher-learning institutions.Power enhancement of the physical education teacher for the specialized course is the key to promoting the role change of the physical education teacher in higher-learning institutions.To realize the role change,such principal means should be adopted as changing the current managing model,forming new assessing and working mechanism for the major of physical education,providing a platform for communication on an equal footing between the teaching staff and the administrating staff.Meanwhile,the risk assessment and interference for the power enhancement for physical education teacher in higher-learning institutions should also be highlighted.更多还原
