【摘要】 我国保险业快速发展的瓶颈约束与资本市场的结构性缺陷急需借鉴国际保险市场与资本市场对接的经验。通过比较美、英、日、德四国的对接模式发现,保险市场与资本市场的和谐对接是资金、产品和制度对接三方面的共融体,是金融市场自然演进与风险资本动态规制的最优范式结合。因此,我国应在经济、金融微观制度变迁的基础上选择适合国情的可操作和可持续发展的对接模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bottleneck bounds in the rapid development of China insurance industry and the structural deficiencies of the capital market of our country urge us to learn advanced integration experience of the insurance market and capital market and explore the optimal integration mode suitable for China.Based on the comparative analysis of the integration modes of America,Britain,Japan and Germanym,this paper concludes that the harmony integration modes of the insurance market and capital market are the inter-connections of capital integration,products integration and institution integration,and also the optimal paradigm linkages between the natural evolution of financial market and venture capital dynamic regulation.So China should choose an operational and sustainable mode on the the basis of the micro-system change in economy and finance.更多还原
