静态负荷致肌肉损伤的生物标志物探讨
Studies on the biomarkers of muscle injury induced by static load
【摘要】 目的探讨静态负荷致肌肉损伤的生物标志物。方法建立静态负荷动物模型,测定家兔腰肌线粒体膜Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性变化。结果施加静态负荷2周后,实验组Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);实验组家兔血清MDA含量显著升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);第1周时,实验组家兔血清GSH-Px活性显著升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05);第2周时GSH-Px活性稍降低,与对照组比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论静态负荷对肌肉造成一定程度的损伤,MDA及GSH-Px可作为静态负荷致肌肉损伤的生物标志物。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the biomarkers of muscle injury caused by static load.Methods Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity in rabbit psoas,serum activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum were measured in the rabbits established static load.Results The psoas Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity was significantly higher than that of control group after 2 weeks of static load(P<0.05)and the serum MDA content was also significantly risen compared with control group(P<0.05).So did in the serum activity of GSH-Px(P<0.05).Conclusion MDA and GSH-Px could be the biomarkers of muscle injury induced by static load.
