【摘要】 目的评价母乳镉水平对纯母乳喂养婴儿身高和体重的可能影响。方法于2002年11月至2003年1月选择湖北省大冶市镉污染地区的待产孕妇。测量分娩前孕妇的身高、体重和新生儿的身高、体重;收集孕妇分娩后6个月时的母乳,并测量纯母乳喂养的婴儿身高、体重。根据母乳镉水平,分为母乳镉正常组和高镉组,比较母乳镉正常组和高镉组的6个月婴儿的身高和体重的差异。结果高母乳镉组6个月的婴儿身高为(63·52±1·58)cm,母乳镉正常组为(66·08±1·66)cm,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。高母乳镉组婴儿体重为(7450±652)g,低于母乳镉正常组(8195±668)g,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。多因素线性回归分析表明,母乳镉水平与6个月的婴儿身高和体重呈负相关。结论母乳镉水平的增高可明显降低纯母乳喂养婴儿的身高和体重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the potential effect of breast milk cadmium level on exclusive breast-feeded infants’height and weight.Methods Pregnant and labor-waiting women were selected from cadmium-polluted area in Daye city of Hubei Province during November 2002 and January 2003.The women were firstly measured for height and weight before delivery,the newborns were also examined for their birth heights and birth weights;six months later after delivery,collecting the milk of postpartum women to detect the cadmium content;and measuring the exclusive breast-feeding infants’ heights and weights again.Then,according to the cadmium levels of breast milk,the infants’ heights and weights were compared with that of normal cadmium breast milk feeded infants.Results Infants’ height in high cadmium breast-milk group was(63.52±1.58)cm,normal cadmium breast milk group was(66.08±1.66)cm,there was significant difference(P<0.01).Infants’ weight of high cadmium breast-milk group was(7 450±652)g,also lower than that of normal cadmium breast-milk group(8 195±668)g,P<0.05.Multiple linear regressions showed that breast milk cadmium level was negatively associated with 6 month infant’s height and weight.Conclusion The increased cadmium levels in breast-milk may significantly lower the body-height and weight in exclusive breast-feeded infants.更多还原
