PLC控制系统在滑动轴承摩擦试验机中的实现
Application of the Control System of Programmable Logical Controller(PLC) in Sliding Bearing Frictional Tester
【摘要】 本文介绍了双通道加载滑动轴承摩擦试验机PLC控制系统的实现,分别从控制测量原理、硬件配置和软件三个方面对系统进行了阐述。该系统各测量参数全部由PLC完成数据采集,PLC通过PROFIBUS总线与上位机通讯,可由上位机监控和实时显示参数,控制试验过程。
【Abstract】 The application of Programmable Logical Controller(PLC) in Sliding Bearing Frictional Tester with two-channel loading is introduced in this paper.It is described in three aspects-The control measuring principle,hardware configuration and software design.Each measuring parameters are acquisitioned by PLC,The Communication between the PLC and Host Computer is by the PROFIBUS.Host Computer can monitor it and real-time display the parameters to control the test process.
