气力输送设备的研究与应用

【摘要】 对长距离粉状物料的输送,气力输送设备是最佳选择。气力输送设备工艺布置灵活,不受场地限制,管道密闭不受气候影响,无扬尘,利于环保,但输送粉料设备易磨损管道。DB仓式泵系统设计合理,管道弯径准确、浓相低速输送,管道磨损大大低于常规值,电耗低、设备运行可靠、维修量少,经济效益明显。

【Abstract】 Pneumatic conveying system will be the best choice for powder materials in long-distance transportation.Pneumatic conveying facilities have exhibited the characters of flexible arrangement for conveying requirement despite the site constraint, using closed ducts without interference by climate,without dust emanation leading to environment pollution,but the ducts facilities would be worn out easily by conveyed powder materials.With reasonable design,DB pressure-vessel conveyor system offers a number of advantages in accurate duct radius,low speed conveying for dense phase,far lower abrasion to ducts than normal conditions, low power consumption,reliable running for whole system,less maintenance works and substantial economical benefits.
