【Abstract】 L-lactic acid is widely used as feedstocks for potential biodegradable plastics from low-cost and renewable carbohydrates. It has become a focus that is paid attention to by many researchers to develop the L-lactic producing strains with high yield, high growth rate, high optical purity and the ability suitable for fermentation technique by new and high breeding technology.
