雌激素相关受体及其在雌激素信号转导体系中的作用
Advances in study of estrogen-related receptors and their effects in estrogen signaling
【摘要】 雌激素生理效应的发挥是通过靶细胞雌激素受体介导的;但近年来发现,孤儿受体中的一种枛雌激素相关受体也参与了雌激素信号转导体系,并与雌激素受体传导通路相互交叉、相互影响,在雌激素相关生理和病理过程的发生和调节中也发挥着重要的作用。本文将就雌激素相关受体的组成、结构、功能及其与雌激素相关病理过程间的关系进行综述。
【Abstract】 The physiological effects of estrogens are realized via estrogen receptor (ER) pathway in target cells. But in recent years, a special kind of orphan receptor, estrogen-related receptor (ERR), has also been found to be engaged in estrogen signal transduction system and interfere or cross-talk with ER pathway. ERR also plays important roles in starting and regulation of estrogen-related physiological and pathological processes. This paper summarizes the composition, structure and functions of ERR subtypes.
