【摘要】 山东省总体上属于资源性缺水地区,水资源如何进行合理配置已成为解决水资源供需矛盾、保障经济社会可持续发展的关键问题之一针对山东省水资源特点及供需水的实际情况,采用面向区域可持续发展和流域水资源可持续利用的系统配置法,建立山东省水资源合理配置情景共享。采用系统模型对省内水系市际水资源配置初步方案进行了分析,并提出了山东省水资源合理配置的基本结论及对策。更多还原
