高模量PAN基炭纤维的表面研究
The Surface Study of High Modulus Pan-Based Carbon Fiber
【摘要】 采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对热处理温度为2400-3000℃的聚丙烯腈基炭纤维(PAN-CFs)的表面元素组成、相对含量以及表面官能团的类型进行了表征.结果表明,热处理温度在2400℃以上,炭纤维表面只存在—C—C—结构和羟基、醚键等结构.随着热处理温度的升高,PAN-CFs表面C元素的含量不断上升,—C—C—结构含量不断增加,而羟基、醚键等结构的含量不断下降,表面活性降低.
【Abstract】 The surface elemental composition,the contents of the surface elemental composition,the types of surface functional groups of PAN-based carbon fibers was studied by means of XPS.Results shows that there are —C—C— structure,hyudroxyl group,ether link in the surface of PAN-based carbon fibers whose heat treatment temperature overrun 2400 ℃.With the increasing of heat treatment temperature,the contents of carbon element of the carbon fiber surface increases,the contents of —C—C— structure of the carbon fiber surface increases,the contents of hyudroxyl group and ether link of the carbon fiber surface decrease,the surface activity decreases.
