【Abstract】 This paper defines university students’ safeguarding of their legal rights and analyzes the present situation and the causes of it as well as the challenges posed by it to the idealogical and political work in unversities.The paper then requires that idealogical and political educators should have a deep understanding of the connotation of "people-oriented" and shift their mind from the concept of "regulate people,manage people and educate people" to that of "for people,respect people and serve people".It finally puts forward the countermeasures to better safeguard students’ legal rights and make the idealogical and political work in universities "stablize people,warm people and touch people".更多还原
