原位聚合改性GF/SAN的界面模型及增韧机理研究
Study on Interfacial Model and Toughening Mechanism of GF/SAN Modified by In-situ Polymerization
【摘要】 采用原位乳液聚合接枝法改善玻璃纤维(GF)与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)之间的界面黏结性能。对GF/SAN复合材料进行了冲击性能测试和微观结构分析,结果表明:原位聚合改性GF与SAN之间有良好的界面黏合力,可以有效地提高SAN的韧性。设计了一种新的界面模型,以解析原位聚合改性的GF与SAN界面的微观结构,并解释了GF/SAN复合材料的增韧机理。
【Abstract】 The in-situ emulsion polymerization technology was adopted to improve the interfacial adhesion between glass fiber(GF) and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN).The impact property of GF/SAN composite was tested,and the microstructure of the composite was also analyzed.The results show that:the interfacial adhesion between GF modified by in-situ polymerization and SAN is excellent,modified GF could improve the toughness of SAN efficiently.An interfacial model was designed to explain the interfacial microstructure between modified GF and SAN.The toughening mechanism of GF/SAN composite was also explained.
