【摘要】 我国是个洪灾比较严重的国家,但洪水保险方案目前还无法广泛开展。针对此问题,比较了美国、法国、英国等典型国家的洪水保险模式,并从道德风险、逆向选择、政府潜在损失、政策补贴及投保人成本等方面比较了不同的保险方案。借鉴国际经验,提出了适合我国洪水保险的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is one of the countries with severe flood disasters.However,flood insurance schemes have not been available at present.With regard to such situation,the flood insurance modes in USA,France and Great Britain were compared.Various flood insurance schemes were compared from the following aspects: moral hazard,indirect selection,potential government loss,policy allowance and cost of the insured,etc.Some suggestions were put forward for the flood insurance in China based on the international experiences.更多还原
