拉伸流场对PP/纳米CaCO3填充体系分散混合的影响

【摘要】 应用双螺杆挤出机及自行研制的拉伸分散混合装置,研究了不同强度的拉伸流场对PP/纳米CaCO3填充体系分散混合效果的影响,并采用SEM、WAXD对分散后的PP/纳米CaCO3填充体系进行了表征。结果表明,经拉伸流场分散混合后,填充体系中大部分的纳米CaCO3以原生粒子形态存在,且形成的β晶型对提高填充体系的韧性起到了积极的作用;经拉伸流场分散混合后的填充体系,其拉伸强度及断裂伸长率都得到了较大的提高。

【Abstract】 The influence of variant elongation flow field density on the dispersion mixing of polypropylene (PP)/nano-CaCO3 was studied by means of home-made elongation mixer and twin-screw extruder.The PP/nano-CaCO3 filled system was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD).The results demonstrated the nano-CaCO3 dispersed more uniformly after experiencing an elongation flow field and most of the fillers existed as primary particles; the β crystal,which could not be present under the shear field,was also obtained and improved the toughness of the composite.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite were both upgraded.
