水泵水轮机“S”特性区危害及解决对策

【摘要】 高水头、大容量单级水泵水轮机一般在水轮机工况空载开度运行时具有较为明显的"S"特性。"S"特性使机组在难以正常并网并造成由调相工况转发电运行以及水轮机工况的甩负荷停机过程中产生不稳定运行区。预开启部分导叶法、加装导叶不同步装置(MGV)和使用单元式接力器可以较好地避开水泵水轮机的"S"特性运行区域,获得较理想的运行效果。

【Abstract】 The single-cascade pump-turbine with high head and large capacity has obviously "S" characteristics during its operation in no-load opening conditions.It makes generating unit connecting with power grid difficult and causes phase modulation condition shifting to power generation operation and turbine in load rejection for stopping unit to produce non-stability operation area.Pre-opening part blade method,MGV and unit servomotor can avoid the S characteristic operation area of pump-turbine so that can get good operation effectiveness.
