【Abstract】 It is a main task of the university party construction to strengthen the party construction of high intellectual party members,as well an important premise of strategy and practical significance to practice the "Three Represents" and the scientific development view and further advancing reform and opening up stratagem,it is also an effective methods to consolidate and expend the Ruling Foundation of the Party in the colleges and universities,and enhance the Party’s cohesion and fighting capacity in the new historical conditions.But there are also some problems in the university party construction of high intellectual party members,we need emancipate the mind further,inaugurate theory,update mechanism to do well of the university party construction of high intellectual party members creationary.更多还原
