【Abstract】 Functional ingredients in JIANNANCHUN liquor were comprehensively analyzed by the equipments of GC×GC-TOFMS and HPLC. The results showed hundreds of functional ingredients were detected in the liquor, such as lovastatin, angelica lactone, ω-3 fatty acids, tetramethylpyrazine, phenolic compounds. It is stated that moderate in-take of high-quality JIANNANCHUN liquor is beneficial to human health.更多还原
