【Abstract】 The conditions of producing and regenerating protoplast of Streptmyces Lincolsis were discussed. Concentrations of glycine and sugar in optimal substrate were 0.4% and 34% respectively. The optimum conditions for protoplast production of streptomyces Lincolsis were as follows: culturing 72 h with lysine enzyme 4mg/mL, lysine time 5 h at 30℃. The producing rate of protoplast can reach 16.3% under such conditions.更多还原
