【摘要】 2010年是广州亚运会的举办年,为了解决广州交通拥堵,实现"便捷亚运、畅通广州"的目标,提出了一种缓解广州交通拥堵的新思路——平面立交。以广州市天河北路为例阐述了平面立交方案的设计与实施,并采用交通流仿真系统TFSS对该方案进行了评价,结果表明,采用该方案能使车辆的平均延误和停车率有较大程度的减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangzhou will hold the Asian Games in 2010.In order to solve the traffic jam and realize "convenient Asian Games,unimpeded Guangzhou",the paper proposed a new mentality which can alleviates the traffic jam-"the plane grade separation".Taking Guangzhou Tian He north road as the example,the paper elaborated the plane grade separation plan in detail and evaluated the plan using traffic flow simulation system.This plan can reduce average delay and stopping rate of the vehicles.更多还原
