井下油水分离系统优化设计
Optimizing Design for Downhole Oil-Water Separation
【摘要】 用倒置的电潜泵配合水力旋流分离器进行生产时,要使油井高效、稳定地生产,就必须在生产系统设计时保证电潜泵和旋流分离器及地层的供液能力相协调。针对油田进入高含水期所暴露出的问题,提出了井下油水分离技术,从油水分离系统的压力和流量协调关系入手,采用节点分析方法对电潜泵生产系统进行优化设计,并以桩西油田桩113-6井为例进行了实例设计。分析与计算表明,各参数选取合适,能够达到油田生产的要求,是一种较为合理的设计方案。
【Abstract】 The technique of downhole oil-water separation is developed to resolve the problems appeared in high water cut stage.At the moment inverse submersible electric pump matched with hydrocyclone are used in the oilfield.According to harmony of oil-water separation system pressure and fluid,an optimizing design for submersible electric pump system by nodal analysis is given.The system design was performed based on the data of 113-6 well in Zhuangxi field.Calculation shows that the design scheme is reasonable and the separation system can satisfy the operation requirements.
