螺杆泵定子与转子的接触分析
Contacting Pressure Analysis of Stator and Rotor of Progressive Cavity Pump
【摘要】 用有限元方法对螺杆泵在不同压力作用下的变形、受力及接触情况进行了分析研究,建立了螺杆泵的二维有限元模型,得出了在相应情况下螺杆泵定子橡胶的应力分布和螺杆泵定子与转子的接触压力。结果表明,由于过盈量的存在使螺杆泵定子和转子之间产生接触压力,从而实现螺杆泵的密封;当有均匀压力作用时,接触压力减小,使密封能力降低;当有压差作用时,压差使定子橡胶发生较大的变形,定子与转子的接触压力增加,密封能力增强。
【Abstract】 The progressive cavity pump(PCP) distortions,forces and contacting instance of different pressure with the finite element analysis method are analyzed,the PCP two-dimension finite element model is constituted,the stress distributing correspond to the PCP stator rubber and the contacting pressure of the stator and rotor are obtained in this paper.The results indicated that the sealing of the PCP is based on the stator and rotor contacting pressure of the interference fit degree.The PCP sealing capability reduced with the contacting pressure when forced the uniformity pressure.When the pressure difference exists,the stator rubber deforms largely by the pressure difference,and the contacting pressure increases with the stator and rotor contacting pressure.
