气液分离旋流器试验研究
Experimental Research on Gas-water Separation Hydrocyclone
【摘要】 针对气井积液停产,设计了一套井下气液分离产出液回注系统,系统采用气液旋流器进行气、液分离,并在井下应用旋流器进行地面模拟试验;根据气动式雾化喷嘴原理,设计了气液混合雾化装置,在实验室模拟了井下气、液的存在状态;通过对供液流量的控制,分析了不同气、液比情况下的分离效率、分流比和压力损失。
【Abstract】 In order to suit gas wells liquid loading dead,a set of downhole gas-water separation and re-injection system are designed.The hydrocyclone to carry on gas-water separation is used in the system,this experiment of the ground simulation experiment to the downhole hydrocyclone carried on.According to the principle of the air atomizing spray nozzle,gas-water mix spray device is design,and downhole gas-Water existence condition in the laboratory is simulated.Through the control of the flow feeding,the separation efficiency,the split ratio and the pressure loss in the different GLR situation are analyzed.
