精准施药动态仿真无线信息采集系统的设计

【摘要】 为对精准施药进行深入研究,设计了精准施药动态仿真无线信息采集系统。该系统由上位管理机、多个信息采集终端、专用数控系统及RF模块等组成,能够对精准施药动态仿真系统中的各相关因素进行精确、同步测定。多个信息采集终端组成了信息采集网络,为便于网络中信息的传输,采用了信息无线传输技术。软件设计中通过定义传输协议,提高了信息传输的准确可靠性。为便于数控系统与上位管理机的连接,数控系统设计中增设了USB转换接口。现场大量实验表明,该系统性能可靠,配置灵活,信息采集精度高,具有较高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 A wireless information acquisition system for precision employing pesticide dynamic emulating is designed in order to study precision employing pesticide.The system includes upper computer,special numerical control system,multi information gathering ter-minals and RF module and the relational factors all can be accurately measured synchronously by it.A wireless information acquisition net is formed by multi information gathering terminals and the information acquired can be transmitted expediently by it.The information collected can be transmitted reliably by defining transmission protocol.A USB switch interface is designed for connection of special nu-merical control system and upper computer.The practical experiment shows that the system has reliable performance,collocating agility,and high information acquisition precision,and is of value to popularization.
