基于数据挖掘的小儿肺炎中医辨证动态量表的生成方法
Generate Dynamic TCMSD Scale for Children Pneumonia Using Data Mining
【摘要】 本文利用数据挖掘技术对大量小儿肺炎的病例数据进行处理,提出一种小儿肺炎中医辨证动态量表的生成方法,根据数据挖掘结果动态生成不同证型的量表,通过量表计算出标准化分值,确定病儿所属的证型及程度,为医生提供辅助诊断。该方法克服了传统中医辨证诊断无严格量化标准和存在主观性的不足,增强了中医辨证诊治的科学性。
【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation(TCMSD)has a diagnostic standard designed mainly by clinical experts based on their experience, which is subjective and non-quantifiable in nature. In this context, it is not a strict standard for TCMSD. In this paper, we introduce a method to generate the dynamic scale system for different syndromes, based on the result of clustering. As a result, standardized scale scores can be derived from the system, and syndromes can be confirmed, which facilitates computer-aided diagnosis.
